

He has the expertise in building harmonious Industrial Relations environment and sustaining amicable Industrial Relations. He is competent in handling diverse Industrial Relations issues and primarily handled Collective Bargaining and Negotiations, Wage Settlement, Conciliation / Adjudication, Dharna / Gherao / Strikes and internal and external Political influence.
He has managed IR situations in various units of Dalmia and GHCL viz: Soda Ash Plant at Veraval, Salt fields at Bhavnagar, Textile units at Manaparai / Madurai / Paravati, Colwell ↦ Salmon Communications India Ltd at Noida, Bharat explosive plant at Jhansi, and Golden Tobacco Unit at Mumbai. He had also signed wage settlement for 21 regional offices of Usha International Ltd.
He is responsible for developing People based Competency Strategy in GHCL and Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd. and has implemented Competency Profiling model. The model integrates various processes of Human Resource to achieve “Organization Excellence”. It helps in designing training modules and conducting Need based Training Programmes and thus developing a learning culture in the organization. He is responsible for designing psychological tools for objective assessment of managerial capabilities of individuals. Under his supervision Napino Auto & Electronics has been conferred with a certificate of commendation for Best Practices in HR in CII HR Conclave 2010 and the company has also received Indian Manufacturing Excellence Platinum Award for four consecutive years from Frost and Sullivan.
His key achievements have been in the field of developing progressive HR strategies and ensuring their implementation, organizational restructuring, building a high performance culture and leading teams to deliver business values.
He takes keen interest in Management education and has been the visiting faculty at MDI Gurgaon, LBSIM New Delhi, LBS Bareilly, Amity Institute of Management and ITM University- Guragon. He is the author of 15 books on Management. He has conducted over 1500 Training Programmes for Sr. Executives and Middle level Management on Leadership, Interpersonal Relations, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence and Global Culture. He is the member of Governing body of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM) at Delhi and Bareilly.
Successfully completed an Assessor/ Lead Assessors training course organised by CII Industry and Cranfield Institute of Technology.
